RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us fo a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@destiny.codes to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has bee processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

Any digital goods item which has been collected, viewed or redeemed by the buyer.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note, Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Any digital download code which has been accessed, viewed or redeemed by the buyer is no longer eligible for return or refund.
Please make sure you do not visit the email link to collect your item if you wish to qualify for a return and refund.

REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a refund you must email us at info@destiny.codes within 30 calendar days of your purchase and your emblem code must not have been viewed or redeemed.

After we receive your request we will verify the emblem code has not been redeemed and process your refund if it satisfies our eligibility checks.

If the emblem code has been redeemed or you have initiated the refund request after 30 calendar days have passed you will not be eligible for a refund.

We offer refunds on a discretionary basis, and each refund request is looked at individually. We do our best to provide a refund where possible.

Once your refund request has been received and considered, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
